Professor Emeritus Mary Carman Rose writes this review:

I am admiring, and grateful to the Rev. Michael Cocks for having
the courage to accept these conversations as an encounter with
St. Stephen. I am grateful for the gaining of new insights into some
centrally important Christian beliefs. My own gift of faith in eternal
life has been given wonderful support in this volume. The Stephen
Experience
provides very important evidence for the reality of human
psychic gifts, and for the importance and necessity of cultivating them,
as instruments for creativity and faith, in the using of what God gives us
to work with. Finally, I am grateful for an emphasis on the oneness that
seems to run through God's creation. Indeed I see the very availability
of St. Stephen is, in part of course, about the oneness of the different
aspects and facets of creation.
